More ELF

I was so happy with my previous purchase from ELF that I have decided to try some more products, I placed two orders lately (had some promo codes, so bought things for my sister, friend and myself). This time I decided to try studio and mineral lines. I also decided to divide the rewievs into 3 parts: First one face, Second one Lips and Eyes and third one brushes and other.

So today we've got Face

1. Mineral- Blush (Ross), Foundation (Light) and Booster ( Tinted)

 

 

Booster- colour Tinted- perfectly goes with my skin after getting some tan. I'm using Powder Brush to apply it, matt my skin quite well. Gives very natural look, stays around 4h. I've got Small 0.17oz (4.82g)
Price:  £3.50 per 5.1g

Foundation- colour Light- I wasn't sure about mineral foundation at all. And I was surprised in the nice way :) It's very light but still gives a nice coverage, even my under eye dark circles were less visible without concealer , it's just perfect for summer. Face looks very very natural, like you're not wearing foundation at all, and matt well (I've got oily skin) for around 6h (for me it's a good result). At first might be a bit difficult to apply, you need some practice. Price: £3.50 per 2.84g

Blush- Colour Ross- such a nice colour, looks lovely on, stays very long and you need just a small amount to get a look :) I will definitelly buy more shades :) Price:  £3.50 per 3.4g

2. Studio Complete Coverage Concealer

Colour Light- Nice package includes mirror and brush. According to the website should give you coverage during all seasons.Is not bad but not perfect needer, stays around 5h so quite long, but strangling with my under eye dark circles, mineral foundation was better to cover them. Price: £3.50


3. Studio Blush

Colour Berry Merry- really nice, stay long on, easy to use, very difficult to put too much, also package includes mirror. Price: £3.50

So again I have to say good quality for such a small money :)

ecotools make up brushes

At the begginig I would like to apologize for such a long break in blogging, but all of you who are students should understand how it is when you're just about to complite your degree, I had exams, then dissertation and no time at all, so again I'm very sorry about that.

Today I would like to share with you my opinion about ecotools make up brushes. Previously I had some cheaper brushes, but I decided to buy something better as a birthday gift for myselfe. And I have to admite that those are exellent brushes, even my sister said those are the best ones she had ever use, normally she is buying quite expensive ones. Set I bought was Bamboo 6 Piece Brush Set ( £15 at Boots) includes

• Blush Brush
• Eye Shading Brush
• Angled Eyeliner Brush
• Concealer Brush
• Lash & Brow Groomer
• Hemp & Cotton Case

 Because I was so happy with those brushes, they're so easy to use and clean (I wash them in Baby Shampoo) I've decided to buy some more, yesterday I ordered:

Foundation Brush

Bamboo 5 Piece Brush Set 

which includes:

• Mineral Powder Brush
• Concealer Brush
• Eye Shading Brush
• Baby Kabuki
• Hemp & Cotton Zip Cosmetic Case

The Body Shop All in one face base

After running out of my foundation I went hunting for a new one. Because of the summer I was considering compact. And I bought this one from the Body Shop, the lady in the shop helped me to choose a right shade, mine is 03. And what can I say after 3 weeks of using it every day? That's the best product I ever had, and I tried lots of different foundations, this one is just perfect. I'm applying it with a dry applicator. I's covering everything perfectly, including my under eye circles. My face is perfectly matte for about 6 hours after using. Definitely worth to try, I will go for another one when run out :)

ELF cosmetics review

Few weeks ago I purchase some make up things from ELF. I read good reviews about them so decided to give them a shot. I went for the cheapest line first, so everything was 1.5 pounds. Firstly  shipping: I placed my order on Bank  Holiday evening (Monday) and received my parcel on Wednesday morning so that was impressive :) Secondly packages: simple, white, perfect for me :)
And now reviews :)

1. Duo Eyeshadow- is not actually bad, could be better pigmented but stays quite long on. Easy to applied by applicator, but when using brush is almost invisible.

 2. Shimmering Facial Whip- when I ordered it I wasn't sure about it. I'm applying  it on my cheekbones or using under eye shadows instead of primer. It gives a lovely shimmering look, isn't greasy and smells like...hmm for me a bit like candies :)

 3. All over colour stick- smells nice, when I'm in rush I use it as a blush on my cheekbones, on my lips as an lipstick and as an eyeshadow. It's perfect for natural summer look, the only thing I found it difficult to apply even when I'm using a finger instead of applicator or brush.

 4. Natural Radiance Blusher- what can I say about it? I'm in LOVE with this product :) So easy to use, looks perfect even on my pale skin, gives it glow :) I will definitely buy more shades :)

 5. Brightening Eye Color - the only product from those I bought with which I'm not happy. Difficult to apply, you can barely see the colour. Or maybe I don't know how to use it... I don't know, but I will not buy it again.

 6. Lipstick (first two) and Luscious Liquid Lipstick- I'm addicted to lip products, those are one of my favourite, good quality for a good price. Colours are fantastic, last very long on your lips and smells fruity :) I deffinitelly need more of them :)

So in overview- those are good cosmetics, especially those shimmery ones (blusher, all over the sticks and lip products). I will definitely get more of them because quality is good when thinking that you are paying 1.5 pounds :) But also I want to try the mineral cosmetics line :)

La Roche-Posay again

As I said before, La Roche-Posay was advised to me by my beautician. She said that those are perfect cosmetics for me, my complexion is oily with some blackheads and spots. Thanks to Boots 3 for 2 offer I bought those about 3 weeks ago :)The line from which I've got mine is called Effaclar and is made for oily but sensitive skin.

1. Gel- do not consist soap, but cleans very well. I need just a small amount to wash my face. But sth weird happened when I start using it, I washed my face and on the next day a small areas on my face, especially chicks appear very very dry, you could see the dry skin, so it was impossible to put on any foundation. I stopped using it for 3 days, instead I just used water and good moisturising cream and those dry areas disappeared. Now after 2 weeks my face looks better, I have no spots at all, and blackheads are less visible, there are even some places on my nose where they've disappeared. Price- £10.50

2. Fluid- Oil free, well hydrating. So far is perfect for my skin. Price- £15

3. Clarifying Lotion- the only bad thing about it is that it consist alcohol, visibility of pores is smaller, clean skin well and makes it refreshed. Price- £10.21 

All products avaliable at Boots. 

Those products are good for people with skin problems, their worth their price

REVLON LipGlide

My collection of lip glosses is getting bigger and bigger. Today I would like to tell you about Revlon LipGlide. I got two different shades of this product, and so far I'm quite happy with them. Colours are nice and pigmented with some shine, basically it's something between lip gloss and lipstick. They're staying on your lips about 5-6 hours what is not that bad, the only bad thing I notice so far is that it makes my lips sticky :/ And I do not like to have sticky lips .

Aussie Dual Personality Shine+ coloured hair protection serum

I have seen reviews of this product on a different blogs already. I also know that some people are not happy with it. For me- it works :) I'm applying it on wet hair before using hair-dryer. It makes my hair very very shiny, soft and smell lovely. I have also realised that serum prevent "washing" my hair colour, I think you know what I mean. But... you have to be very careful when applying, for my long hair 1,5 pomp is a perfect amount otherwise your hair will look greasy.

Recommendation- Good for coloured hair
Price- I bought it for £1 in a Poundworld :)
